Add your airline and flight number when you book. Dispatch follows the flight, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup with it. Once you have your bags, call or text the number on your confirmation and the chauffeur pulls up at the commercial curb. If you prefer to be met inside with a name sign, request meet-and-greet when booking; it is added to the quote because the chauffeur must park.
Departures
Pickup times are set from your flight and your address. Westshore and downtown departures to TPA need the least buffer; departures from the beaches or across the bay allow for the Howard Frankland Bridge, the Gandy Bridge or the Courtney Campbell Causeway. At TPA remember the extra step of the airside shuttle before security.

Airport questions
Should I fly into TPA or PIE?
Tampa International handles most airlines and is closest to downtown, Westshore and Ybor City. St. Pete-Clearwater is often closer for Clearwater Beach and mid-Pinellas stays. We serve both airports with the same vehicles and procedures.
How long will my chauffeur wait after I land?
Your chauffeur follows your flight and waits up to 15 minutes after domestic baggage claim and 30 minutes for international arrivals at no extra charge.
Where do I meet the car?
Standard pickup is at the commercial curb outside baggage claim at TPA and in the ground transportation zone on the lower level at PIE. Meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name sign is available on request.
Can I book a ride between TPA and PIE?
Yes. Airport-to-airport transfers across the bay are priced based on mileage and traffic conditions at the time of travel.
