Our dispatch team is a New York-based operator that manages reservations, billing, and dispatch for Chauffeur Service Tampa. We built this service for executives who need more than a random ride. Our network includes sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Local affiliate drivers handle pickups, route planning, and curb-side meet-and-greets at TPA and PIE. They know Tampa's business districts, event venues, medical centers, and cruise terminals. The result is national booking support with reliable local execution on every single trip.
How a Tampa ride is arranged
Reservation
You book online or by phone, day or night. Dispatch confirms the vehicle class, the pickup details and the price before the trip.
Assignment
The ride goes to a vetted local affiliate operator who knows Tampa Bay roads, airport curbs and venue loading rules.
The trip
Your chauffeur tracks airport arrivals, stages before pickup time and keeps dispatch updated, so changes are handled by people rather than an app queue.

What we do, and what we do not
We run pre-booked chauffeured rides in sedans, SUVs, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Sprinter vans, with wheelchair-accessible vehicles available by advance reservation. We do not operate stretch limousines, and we are not an on-demand rideshare fleet: every ride is scheduled, assigned and priced before it starts.
Hourly service starts at $120 per hour for a sedan with a three-hour minimum, and point-to-point rides start at $130. Full pricing is on the rates page.
Tampa Bay Service Area
We serve Downtown Tampa, Westshore, Ybor City, Hyde Park, Channelside, South Tampa, Avila, and Carrollwood. Additional coverage extends to St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Orlando upon request.
