How pricing works
The base sedan rates are flat and include gratuity, fuel, and airport fees. TPA to Downtown Tampa or Westshore is a written flat rate. TPA to Ybor City is a written flat rate. TPA to South Tampa is a written flat rate. TPA to Clearwater Beach is $135 and to St. Pete Beach is $125. From PIE, Downtown Tampa is a written flat rate and Clearwater Beach is a written flat rate. Longer routes such as Tampa to Orlando are $225, and Tampa to Sarasota are $175. SUV and van upgrades are quoted per job. Wait time beyond the included grace period, additional stops, and after-hours service between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. add cost.
An honest limitation
TPA is efficient, but curb-side pickups can bottleneck during the midday bank and late-afternoon rush. Security lines, baggage delays, and I-275 construction are outside our control. If your flight diverts to PIE or Orlando Sanford, rebooking may require extra wait time and a revised rate. We recommend sharing a mobile number and checking your flight status before takeoff.
