How much does a chauffeur ride from TPA to Westshore cost?

Sedan from $190 SUV from $220 15-25 min

Sedans from Tampa International Airport to Westshore start at a written flat rate. SUVs start at $160. This is a point-to-point rate for a standard black car. Tolls and fuel are included. Terminal meet-and-greet, parking, and extra wait time are billed separately. Gratuity is not included unless your account specifies otherwise.

What roads do we use and how long is the drive?

The distance is about 5 to 7 miles. Most drivers use George Bean Parkway and Spruce Street to reach Interstate 275 north. They exit at Lois Avenue, Cypress Street, or Westshore Boulevard. Some trips use the Veterans Expressway, State Road 589, to Cypress Street west. Drive time is usually 15 to 25 minutes. Heavy airport traffic at the terminal can add 5 to 10 minutes.

What is the traffic reality and when should you add buffer?

Westshore Boulevard and Lois Avenue carry heavy office traffic from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The I-275 corridor between the airport and Westshore slows during both rush periods. International Plaza opened in 2001 and is anchored by Nordstrom. Westshore is one of the largest office submarkets in Tampa Bay, with millions of square feet of commercial space. Raymond James Stadium sits a few miles northeast, and Buccaneers game days affect Dale Mabry and Himes Avenue. Add 15 to 20 minutes for weekday business meetings and 30 minutes or more on game days.

What vehicles are used?

Black sedans are typically Lincoln Continental or similar full-size models. SUVs are usually Chevrolet Suburbans or Cadillac Escalades based on affiliate availability. Sedans fit up to three passengers with two large bags. SUVs seat six or seven and handle more luggage. We do not own these vehicles in Tampa. Our dispatch team is a Tampa-focused service that coordinates every ride through vetted local affiliate operators. The exact vehicle depends on fleet availability.

What should you know before booking?

Westshore includes the International Plaza mall, major hotels, and corporate towers. Hotel loading zones are designated and time-limited. Chauffeurs cannot park at the curb indefinitely. Providing the exact building or hotel entrance helps the driver stage nearby. If you are heading to a private office tower, the driver may need to coordinate with building security.
