Our dispatch team arranges non-emergency medical transportation between Tampa airports, hospitals, clinics, and hotels through vetted local affiliate operators. We serve patients, families, caregivers, and medical staff traveling to Tampa General Hospital on Davis Islands, Moffitt Cancer Center on Magnolia Drive, AdventHealth Tampa on Fletcher Avenue, and USF Health. Tampa General is a Level I trauma center and one of the largest hospitals in Florida. Moffitt is a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center.
What this service covers
This service covers private sedan, SUV, and van rides for medical appointments, treatment cycles, hospital admissions, and discharge. We can accommodate mobility aids and extra luggage with advance notice. Vehicles are clean and non-smoking. Chauffeurs assist with doors and bags but do not provide clinical care.
Who uses medical center runs in Tampa
Cancer patients travel to Moffitt Cancer Center for proton therapy, stem-cell transplants, and clinical trials. Families stay at nearby hotels and need daily shuttles between lodging and Tampa General. Consultants and visiting physicians fly into TPA for lectures and rounds at USF Health. Seasonal residents, often called snowbirds, schedule checkups and procedures from November through April. AdventHealth Tampa on Fletcher Avenue also draws patients from across north Tampa and Pasco County.
How pricing works
Sedan transfers from TPA to Tampa General or Downtown medical offices start at $130. TPA to Moffitt or the University area runs around a written flat rate to $125 depending on exact address. An honest limitation
We are not an ambulance or medical emergency service. We cannot transport patients who need stretchers, oxygen support, or clinical monitoring. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available through partner operators but require advance booking and may carry a surcharge.
