We serve the Avila Golf and Country Club, the residential streets inside the community, and nearby destinations along Fletcher Avenue and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. The University of South Florida and AdventHealth Tampa are short rides east. For dining and shopping, the Carrollwood and Westshore areas are the most common outbound destinations.
Airport access reality
Avila sits north of Downtown Tampa between Fletcher Avenue and Bearss Avenue, reached from TPA via I-275 north or the Veterans Expressway and Gunn Highway. Morning and afternoon rush hours on I-275 through Tampa can add significant time. Downtown Tampa is roughly 12 miles south, and the University of South Florida campus is about 5 miles east.
One honest limitation
Avila is a private, gated community with controlled entry. Your driver will need your guest access details, gate codes, or a meet-and-greet arrangement at the main entrance. We cannot enter without proper clearance.
